This post would be a lot more helpful if I knew what all the initials stand for.

NH Nursing home or SNF Skilled Nursing facility (NH and SNF sometimes used interchangeably)

AL Assisted living

IL Independent living

DW and DH for some people mean "dear" husband or wife, not "darling"
