I am looking for a CDPAP program in Florida. Does anyone know of one?

My cousin needs help in the home and would like for her partner to care for her. I am looking for a CDPAP in Orlando, Florida, or any place in Florida. CPDAP is Consumer Direct Personal Assistant Program or Consumer Direct Care. Thanks

In PA this is done thru Care agencies. They train the future caregiver and hire them. They then are allowed to care for a friend or a LO. But, it probably is State funded and as such the recipient has to meet certain financial criteria.
