I'm trying to get in touch with the administrator of admissions for a local county nursing home. Should I wait until next week?

I have her name, direct extension and left her a detailed voicemail message three days ago, but she hasn't gotten back to me.
It's Friday, should I call her again or wait until next week and call her if I haven't heard from her by then?

I would call the reception desk. See if the Administer has been in since your call. She/he could be on vacation or out sick. Also could oversee other facilities. If told he/she is in today, ask to be switched to her/his number. If u go to VM, just say you are following up on a call you made on ?. Could he/she please get back to you at their convenience.

Another option is to call again, indicate that you're awaiting a response, and ask if there's an assistant or someone else who can address your issues, after briefly explaining them.

I usually like to call 1st thing in the morning, this way my Voice Mail doesn’t get buried in the voice Mailbox from the weekend callers.
