Lack of payment, what can I do to get paid the whole amount what was promised to me?

I am not getting paid exactly what was promised by the APD for the care I provide for my client who has a rep payee. The rep payee is saying that my client is also paying child support, what can I do to get paid the whole amount what was promised to me?
