Lack of payment, what can I do to get paid the whole amount what was promised to me?

I am not getting paid exactly what was promised by the APD for the care I provide for my client who has a rep payee. The rep payee is saying that my client is also paying child support, what can I do to get paid the whole amount what was promised to me?

The client having to pay child support has absolutely nothing to do with you not getting paid -- that's the client's problem and unrelated to you. Do not feel sorry for the client. Do what Stacy advised.

You contact the APD to resolve the issue. If that does not work you call the state department of labor.
