Need some sort of fall alert within the house, not to third party. Suggestions?

MIL fell again last night. She has Parkinson’s. Her room is right across the hall from my husband’s den but her voice is too frail for him to hear her call out. What could we use to alert one of us when she falls?

A wireless door chime can be used as a simple inexpensive call button, it has the same limitations of any system though in that it must be kept withing reach at all times to be of any use. Another option is a baby monitor, but of course that would mean she has less privacy because it is always listening.

Here's one I found https://www.mynotifi.com/

Does Mom use a walker? If not she should be. There is a special one for Parkinson sufferers. I was told that a person with Parkinsons tend to fall backwards. This walker is weighted in a way that helps prevent a backward fall.

Thanks. She does not fall when using her walker. It’s often when she’s dressing/undressing or in denial about needing it and tries to go from dining room to bedroom. (Says she forgot where she put it, right by her chair and table). I am concerned because I work outside the home and retired hubby is with her most of the day unless he takes a breather and runs to post office. Then she is alone.
