Calories for very poor appetite?

Hi dear,
Please let me know how to give calories to my father 75 years, not eating at all even not taking ensure etc taking very small amount of liquid only. He is in Pakistan and checked by local doctor who prescribed few meds like antidepressants, guy motility etc but not much difference. I’m quite worried about him.

Total rejection of food is something I have seen happen with people who are nearing the end of life, is there a physical reason that he may be transitioning? - If not then he may need more specialized psychiatric intervention to help him over his depression. Emphasize to his caregivers that all calories are good calories, have them keep a supply of all his favourites and offer food and beverages often, perhaps encouraging physical activity may also pique his appetite.

I'm sorry for your distress over your father's health. Without knowing what foods are actually available for him to eat over in Pakistan, it's difficult to give many suggestions. Also, lack of appetite is a symptom. The question is what is causing him to not want to eat. I hope you can get him the help he needs.
