Mom (91) has shingles and wet macular degeneration. I (57) live in an adjoining apt and care for her. I'm nervous about going back to work.

I work in a retail environment with close proximity to customers. Though the shop is large and precautions will be in place, I'm still nervous about going back as I may expose myself to the virus and then to her. Any thoughts from other family-member care givers out there?

Just use good hygiene and be sure to shower and change before you see her.

Wasking your hands is so very critical to protecting yourself.
