Can my sister be revoked as POA when my Mom is still of sound mind?

My sister illegally took my Mom off her own Will and Trust. Stating Mom wasn’t competent. Mom's Dr. found her completely of sound mind. My sister has control of all Mom's money now. Mom wants her money back. Help! Can she be revoked when she turned it into an irrevocable Trust?

If your Mom is of sound mind, yes she can revolk sisters POA and assign someone else. Unless immediate, most POAs are Springing. Which means they aren't effective until the person is incompetent.

As suggested, talk to a lawyer.

How do you know for a fact that your sister did this? An irrevocable trust can’t just changed.

You need to consult with an attorney. What your sister has done is at least theft and probably fraud as well.
