Although there are government resources to give you an idea of the quality of a Medicare or Medicaid facility (https://www.medicare.gov/nursinghomecompare)-. I have not found such a resource for assisted living, memory care or independent living facilities.
We found an hour's conversation with a professional geriatric social worker to be money well spent. They know where the good places are. I have also called a nursing home with a high medicare rating and spoke with Admissions. I find they often have independent and assisted living places that "feed into" them.
We are from all over the US, Canada, UK and other countries. It would be hard for us to give you any info on a specific facility. I suggest you visit the place. Have a meal there. Spend time seeing and asking questions. A good idea would be to visit other facilities for comparison.
