There is no bias towards the hospital. I believe you’ll get many responses if you take a moment to offer more details here. Having said all that, I am very sorry for the tragic loss of your wife. I encourage you to consult with an attorney. He/she will be able to review the POA paperwork and decide if the hospital did not perform it’s due diligence in caring for your beloved wife. My heart goes out to you.
