I agree with worried. Your daughter may do better staying in Fla for now. Medicaid does not go over state lines. Nice you have an AL that goes by income but usually they cost 5k a month or more and they are private pay. Depends on the State if Medicaid pays. In mine u need to private pay at least 2 yrs before Medicaid may pay.

Maybe there are some Board and Care in Fla. They tend to be cheaper.
