Is there a standard for the # of patients per Caregiver for Memory Care Facilities in Florida?

Just trying to find out how many Memory Care Patients there should be for each caregiver. Is 10-14 patients too many for 1 Caregiver? It seems like it to me but, I really don't know. Thanks in Advance!
