I am in California and need help with MediCal information.

My Mom is in a Board and Care private home in Solano County. My Mom can no longer travel in a car since she has really bad osteoporosis. At 5:58 pm On Tuesday Aug 20 she was transported by ambulance. This week the B&C Admin said they helped her get to the toilet and observed her passed out longer than previous incident last year. Transportation to ER by was provided by local ambulance. Mom is a Kaiser patient, and has excellent care for a CA company. They gave her every test possible and it turns out she had another UTI. She was transported by Pro Care and I paid out of pocket for transportation only. I already know this will not be reimbursed by either Kaiser or MediCal. Hopefully, her Annual Review has been approved by now. Will everything except Pro Care be covered by MediCal? Thanks bb
