Does the POA legally have to submit receipts of all medical bills to the co-beneficiary of the deceased?

I believe I am dealing with a negligent POA who is refusing to show receipts for medical care to a co-beneficiary. The other co-beneficiary deducted large amounts of money from the deceased bank account while he was mentally incompetent. Is the POA responsible?

The POA does not have to disclose anything to the beneficiaries and their POA ended as soon as person died. If you think the POA is responsible for any wrongdoing, you will have to go to court to petition a review of his/her actions.
