Looks like Area 7 is your office of aging. What do you mean "they call back and say call" Is this another recording? If so, maybe they need to be notified their system is broke or someone not doing their job. For me O of A is 10 miles away. I can easily drive to the offices. Look in your phone book, see if all your County agencies fall under one number with extentions. If so, call the main number and tell them you cannot get thru to the O of A and can someone get a message to them and a person call you back.

Is your mom on Medicaid? Indiana medicaid does provide transportation to doctors appointments. You have to call Southeastrans at least 2 business days in advance.
