Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, everytime I call the various numbers for answers, I get their "automated system". Why can't they replace bots with humans for these jobs?!?! Insane. I applied for "Visiting Angels" today. They could not find me in the system as an official IHSS Provider. I have my 9 digit id number, but they are looking for a 10 digit #, starts with a 7. I payed for finger printing and background check. The system needs to be managed better.
