Does Medicare pay for incontinence underwear?

jeannegibbs Oct 2018
Medicaid does. Hospice does. Medicare? Sadly no.

Each time I am in the local thrift store I see incontinence pads and briefs. Sometimes it is only one or two packages. Sometimes it is quite a few. People who have some leftover often donate them. If you have a thrift store that is handy, it wouldn't hurt to check them frequently.

Those things are EXPENSIVE!!

No, darn it. I wish they did. Either does Medigap. Medicaid apparently does, though.
