Why are you rating Montvale Estates a 4.2? Have you been there? I have a family member who lives there. It is a mess.

Budget cut
Shortage of staff
One elevator malfunctions frequently.
High. Staff turnover
Theft of residents
No onsite living staff
No security

Many NH are rated higher than they should be

I don't think our Administration rates them. The information has probably been gotten off another internet site.
