What is the difference between Account Distribution and Contribution Allocation?

I think I understand Contribution Allocation but am confused with the other one. My account has 70 percent and 30 percent for Allocation, but 43.5 percent and 56.5 percent for distribution. Please explain for someone that doesn't understand investing or numbers. Thank you for your help.

Allocation refers to what type of financial instrument you are allocating your money to within your investment account. This could be a 401k, an investment account or even an IRA account. An example of the allocation could be 70% in stocks and 30% in a money market. The distribution is when you take money out of the account. Example is 43.5% to be taken from stocks and 56.5% from the money market. You may elect to have a distribution at any interval - monthly, quarterly or maybe annual or a one time distribution.
