My mom has a paid burial policy with Rosemont Gardens Funeral Chapel/Cemetery which is no longer in business. Do you know who we can contact?

Who owns the cemetery now? If new owner maybe they have to honor the previous companys commitment. Was there a trust set up?

The place is out of business and the BBB is a private organization anyway. Don’t think the BBB would be of any help.

not sure if it would be any help to report to better business bureau. since they aren't there - the funeral home wouldn't respond to bbb - but idk?

Go to Google and type in your state followed by “cemetery association”. They may be able to answer your questions or refer you to someone who can. Also, look at your paperwork and see if this cemetery was owned by a corporation. You may need to consult with an attorney as you probably aren’t the only one who got stuck. Good luck.
