I pay my disabled uncle's bills. He has a savings account with me and my dad's name on it. Will I be disqualified?

I have Medicaid in Arkansas. Live in Arkansas and my uncle lives in Pennsylvania and has a savings account with me and my dad's name on it. I write checks and pay my uncles bills with his money. Will I be disqualified?  My uncle gets his social security and state pension checks in his savings account in PA. Thanks

Chad, as long as your social security number isn't on that checking account, just your Uncle's, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about. You may want to verify that with Medicaid. It is better to ask then for Medicaid to quiz you about the account if for some reason they come across it doing their background check.
