My sister and I have looked after my mother the last 10 yrs when she needed us most. Do my brothers have the right to see all expenses?

Sadly she died this year. I had POA for 18mths before she died and in her will she left everything to my sister and myself. I have 2 brothers, they have asked to see all expenses while I had power-of-attorney. Do they have the right? They have not been left anything in my mothers Will. My sister is happy with everything I did while I had power-of-attorney.

Your brothers do not have any rights to review your actions as proxy under a POA. You served for your mother, and your actions should have been confidential, on her behalf.

Has your mother's estate been closed out yet? Are the brothers aware that they've been left nothing? Did you or an attorney handle the estate?
