mlarrymore, I really doubt there are ratings on personal caregivers. There might be ratings on the Internet for caregiving Agencies. One must be remember when it comes to ratings, there are two sides to every story.
Someone can be the best caregiver in the world, but if the love one's personality clashes with the caregiver, there could be a poor rating. Which isn't fair.
