Many food banks will also take them. Or lending closets for things like walkers, wheel chairs, etc. Good luck.

I took Mom's many leftovers underwear to the hospice who cared for her. They serve many people in great need.

That is very generous of you. I'm sure any homeless shelter or even nursing home would be happy to take these items.
