My father just died on March 6, 2018. His wife is my stepmother and has been treating like I don't matter, is rude to me, is over talking me.

We are all very sorry for your recent loss of your father. We have suggested that you also take your stepmother's bereavement into account, bearing in mind how long she and your father were married.
