My father has made a will before my only brother passed on so now there is only me and an uncle. Will this will be observed?

Uncle is my father's brother. Will this will be observed even though I am the only sibling or will I have to argue with my Uncle to split with me? I left my family 2 years ago to care for him because he didn't want to go in a Home and that is where my Uncle wants him to go I said no let him be where he wants.

Is your father still alive?

It all depends upon how the will was written. Sometimes, it specifies that if one of the beneficiaries dies before the person making the Will --- the others receive that share, or IF your brother had children , his share may pass to them. Do you have access to the Will? If it was drawn up by a competent attorney, all scenarios will be covered.
