I want to start my own caregiver business & I don't know what I need in order to accept state funded clients does anyone know?

Hoosier Uplands is needing more caregiver companies. I'm wanting to go in business for myself, so I determine my worth, & I only answer to myself. I will be the only employee until there is a need for more. I'm leaning more towards offering services like grocery, personal, special occasion, & pharmacy shopping, & delivery. Transportation services, & possible laundry & other services. Any advice?

Speak with an attorney. You will have to set yourself up like any business (incorporating yourself) plus be able to bill insurance companies for your services by getting a special provider number.
Starting a business is hard work especially in the health care field. It’s not a DIY.
Good luck! It’s a great idea but an intricate process.
