I want to start my own caregiver business & I don't know what I need in order to accept state funded clients does anyone know?

Hoosier Uplands is needing more caregiver companies. I'm wanting to go in business for myself, so I determine my worth, & I only answer to myself. I will be the only employee until there is a need for more. I'm leaning more towards offering services like grocery, personal, special occasion, & pharmacy shopping, & delivery. Transportation services, & possible laundry & other services. Any advice?
