How do I keep my mind set that everything is going to be ok? I keep losing sight that I have family and friends that are there for me.

It is difficult at times not to feel alone, and not to acknowledge that everything will be ok. The only thing that I know to be beneficial is a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. To be able to rely on our Father in heaven lets us know that everything will be ok. Lets us know that even though we have moments of loneliness or feeling depleted, we are not alone. If you invest in that relationship it will give you abundant returns.
It is a struggle, and I will pray you too find balance and comfort. We are all struggling in our own ways, but the struggle is more bearable with the Lord.
Best wishes to you, and please know we understand, probably all on here do, and you are not alone.

Do you mean everything is going to be OK?

One suggestion so you don't forget that you have support. Make a point to call and talk to one friend or family member each day, maybe at the end of the day, that way they can help you unload your stress of the day so you can face tomorrow.
