I have MPOA and am on my mother's bank account. Do I also need POA? She is in a nursing home and is on Medicaid.

My mother owns a house but roughly 75% of the sale will go to reverse mortgage company when we sell it. The rest will go to Medicaid or nursing home. It's not like we have an inheritance anymore which is fine.
