Looking for recommendations for a Death with Dignity Dr. in Tacoma, Washington.

Looking for recommendations for a Doctor in the Tacoma area who can assist with the logistics and information about the Death with Dignity medications. Also interested in hospice facility recommendations in the same area. My friend has reached the end of his endurance. He survived the cancer treatments but was left with a body that no longer functions and struggles each day to survive. His Doctor is willing to recommend Hospice Care but will not participate in the legal Death with Dignity procedure. Looking for recommendations of Doctors who will assist with Death with Dignity medications in his area and/or hospice facilities that have in care. He is single and lives alone and needs a place to be cared for during this transition. Thank you.
