I've read stories of nursing homes discharging resident to relatives front door without their consent. Is this true?

I also doubt this. They may try to talk family into taking a loved one but there is no law that says u have to.

Any nursing home doing that is risking a massive lawsuit. I mean massive.

I doubt there is any administrator anywhere that dumb
