Looking for someone around the Worcester area who can assist.

I am a hospice social worker - We have a pt who is 58 with ALS, his wife has serious health issues.  She has SSI but was told that if she has SSDI they would be over the financial limit and lose their MassHealth which they both have and need. Looking for someone around Worcester area who can assist.
