Is there any difference in whether one lives in a community property state or not?

1. In "How To Protect Your Family's....book, it says to submit questions or suggestions in MedicaidSecretscom/blog but no way to do so.

2. The book, "How To Protect Your Family's Assets......." should have said if there is any difference depending on whether one lives in a Community Property state or not. If "NO", it should have said so. If "YES", it should have given details.
