How can I find out what nursing home hospice sent my mom?

Daffeney, in the morning (it's 4 AM here in NYC right now), call the Hospice organization that transfered your mom.
Was she tranfered from home or a hospital? If she was transfered from a hospital, you could call the discharge department of the hospital as well.
Have you been in touch with your mother, or with her caregivers recently?
