How can we get our father closer to a facility here in Johnson City, TN?

RebelYell, we need more information. I don't know if you are asking if your Dad can transfer between two facilities, or if you are asking about transportation?

Question, does your Dad currently live out-of-state? Is Medicaid paying for the care in a facility? Your profile says Dad is in a nursing home and that he has Alzheimer's/Dementia.... are there any other health issues such a mobility?
