Mom is 87 and is in a rehab center, but she is having seizures and the center said her Medicaid is running out and they have to discharge her. She needs assistance. Who can help us?
She has been in and out of the hospital and rehabilitation centers for the past two months. She is currently in a rehab center and has been at this one for one month.

Talk with the person in discharge planning. They have all the knowledge and assistance you need.
They will do their best to force you into taking her...just insist that because of her seizures, she needs to be in a higher level of care.
