Has anyone been sued by siblings to supply them all financial and legal data such as POA and wills?

What did judge say? How did it turn out? The parent had all these things filled out years before presenting it to the sibling chosen, (unknown to the sibling), and asked if they'd do it. The sibling has NEVER taken any money or any thing from anyone and is always helping others and now knows why chosen. Caring for the sick one is easier than dealing with control issues of family.
