How can I get my mother's medical records?
We never had a poa but I have been signing all the consent for treatment paperwork.

Are you listed on the HIPAA [Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996] privacy forms? If yes, then you should be able to get copies of your Mother's medical records... don't be surprised if you are charged per sheet for them.
