Can my mom get any veterans aid for nursing home care?

Hello everyone My mom is a surviving spouse my dad served in Korea and is deceased My mom has congenitive heart failure and needs help she owns her little condo and has a city pension and social security from my dad but it is not covering the monthly bills any more. Thankyou so much. Her daughter.
