How close should we live to my parents to be close enough but not too close?
My parents are in their 70's and having health issues.

What health issues do they have?
How far are you from them?
Have they given you or someone both POAs?
What is their financial status? Can they afford to pay someone to come help them or afford moving into an assisted living place?
Do they have long term care insurance?
What is your relationship with them like?
Do you have siblings and how interested, if at all, are they in helping?
