I am now looking for all night service. Where do I go?

My mom has macular degeneration in both eyes. She just had full shoulder replacement and she has dementia. Presently she has an aide for 7 days 8 hr days...but I am now liking for all nite service...where do I go? The agency we deal with does not have all nite coverage..please help...thank you
