Is there a tool to help change burned out ceiling led lights for seniors unable to raise their arms any higher than shoulder level?

Hardware stores do sell poles with different holders that are made especially for light bulb changing.... one would need to check to see if certain LED lights can be changed with this gadget.

My concern is if there is a glass cover/globe that goes over the lights.... those can be a huge pain to take down, and if a senior cannot raise their arms any higher than shoulder level, then someone would need to help take off the cover, thus that person could also change the bulb.

I remember my Dad wanted me to change a burned out light on a cathedral ceiling ceiling fan light.   I had to decline because at my age I couldn't do ladders any more without the sheer fear of falling.   So apparently later my 90 something Dad climbed up the ladder to take off the globe and change the bulb.   I noticed that the globe was missing.... bet he dropped it and it broke.

Now, if the person is living in Independent Living or Assisted Living, all they need to do is called Maintenance and that department will change the bulbs.
