Not all states Medicaid programs send out statements to NH Medicaid receipients. You can request documentation from the state or the states contractor for MERP. There are two main contractors.... PCG & HMS. If your at the estate recovery stage after death and got the NOI (intent to file a claim or lien), you would send the request to whomever sent the NOI. NOI should have a case file #.
Medicaid sent a quarterly report of what they paid for. If you did not keep those records, you get them from Medicaid. MERP is usually handled by a third party collection agent.
