Can Medicaid help pay for a place for my mother-in-law?

My mother in law lives in a 5th wheel trailer with her sister and her sister's husband, the couple are also hoarders. My mother in law has medical issues, recently she has been having chest pains, so the environment is not good for her, can she get a place of her own with her medicaid or medicare? She has a fixed income via SSI. She also cannot drive. Any information regarding assistance would be helpful.

In the above blue banner is "Find Care". Click on that and then scroll down nearly to the bottom until you see Area Agencies on Aging and then click on that. Contact that agency in your area and see what might be available for your mother.
