Receiving Social Security and Medicaid, begins receiving Aid and Attendance check from VA. Does he have to file with the IRS?
A stroke victim. SS ck is approx. $700 mo. VA ck is approximately 1,000.

Talk to a tax preparer. Very often you don't have to file , but would miss out on some tax credits at the state or federal level.
