Who do I speak to regarding a lady who lives at a nursing home and is having some issues?

There is also the office of the Ombudsman. Information on how to contact the Ombudsman should be displayed in the front area of the NH.

You need to go to the front office of the nursing home and ask for the Administrator or the Director of Nursing. Just curious, what kind of issues is this person having?
