Please note that a vast majority of spouses/sig others are not paid unless that spouse/sig other can pay you from their own savings. The is the same thing if an adult child is taking care of a parent, or grandparent, aunt or uncle.

Homecaregiver66, the person pays you from their own money until they are eligible for Medicaid.

Most agencies will accept your application, and tell you if you need training and where to get it.
