Dementia speaking. Any advice?
If I close my eyes I can speak correctly otherwise, I cannot speak correctly.

A Neurologist can run some tests for the cause and extent of your "aphasia".
He may want to do imaging to test for stroke. He may want to do an EEG to check for proper nerve signaling. Please get checked.
