My husband sleeps so hard some nights that he has urine issues. I can handle those. What do you do about bowel issues in the night?

The depends dont hold it all in and it goes everywhere. I am washing at least 2 times a day and night.

I would move to a separate bed in a separate room and hire a morning aide to clean him up.

Sorry, that is a tough problem. What worked for us was getting a better handle on constipation problems so that she has bowel movements at a more normal time, we had been on the can't go for days then drastic measures and diarrhea roller-coaster and I was at the end of my rope. Today she is actually going on the toilet!!, I have learned to take her after meals and at bedtime and to give her plenty of time, I set a 5 minute timer but sometimes she needs longer. We still use plenty of barrier cream and she still has accidents but much less.
